Hanging Algebra Out to Dry........

Mrs. Jessie discovered a creative way to get her algebra students up and moving while working difficult algebra problems at the same time!
Look at all the student work on her classroom clotheslines!

  1. A clothesline is a device used to hang clothes and other objects out of doors, so they can dry or cool by means of the breeze. The simplest type, known as an umbrella clothesline, is two parallel wires with a crossbar at the top, on which the wet clothes are hung.

    There are many benefits to using an umbrella clothesline. For one thing, it saves energy because less electricity is spent on running a dryer in hot weather than on running an electric fan in hot weather. Furthermore, it's much cheaper than using gasoline for drying purposes.
